Mix in water to meet your needs. A 100lb athlete will require less fuel than a 300lb athlete for the same effort. Hotter or harder efforts will require more water that cooler and easier efforts. We recommend 60g in 24oz of water per hour for lighter outings, 90g for bigger efforts. Test with lighter mixes first and move on to heavier mixes.
